What types of photography do you do?

Leading Lady specializes in Women's Photography. We are most famous for our sexy style of photography as a romantic gift for boyfriends and husbands. We also create beautiful Mother and child and maternity photographs. We excel at creating uniquely flattering versions of every client. Because of our filters, soft lighting, make-up, and talent for seeing the best in everyone, we are sought after by anyone needing a picture that makes them look the very best they can. We often photograph politicians and businessmen and women for promotional pieces. We have also photographed an Italian shoe collection, Faberge-style eggs, several lingerie catalogs, and even a group of eleven Shih Tzus!

What is your schedule like and how soon could I have pictures?

Our World Famous Women's Romantic Photo sessions are 2 hours & include make-up & hair styling by Patty Rivera. Appointments are available at 10:00, 12:00 or 2:00 on Wednesday & Saturday, Fridays at 2:00 and 4:00. All visits must be by appointment. 4x5 prints are available for purchase a few days after your shoot. Enlargements take one to three weeks depending on size and whether additional work is to be done on the print.

What if I don't like the photos?

After 22 years in this business, we feel confident in guaranteeing your satisfaction. Most of our clients consider themselves to be un-photogenic but everyone loves the pictures we take. No one gets in front of the camera until they love the way they look. You have final approval of all poses. We do the shoot together and everyone says that they had fun and felt comfortable.

May I do my own makeup?

No. Patty Rivera is our make-up artist/stylist. She is one of the best in Colorado. You will be amazed at how well she brings out your best features and assists with ideas throughout the shoot. Photographic make-up is specialized to work with professional lighting. With our filters, we don't need to use a heavy theatrical kind of product. Our make-up is more natural, and it is more of a nighttime look.

A few customers do their own hair or have their own stylist work on them before the shoot, but Patty does most of the beautiful hairstyles. We can do it up for some outfits and down for others. We want your pictures to have lots of variety.

How much are your photo sessions?

A phone call to the studio to discuss your particular needs will enable us to decide together which session is right for you. We frequently offer specials on our women's sessions, so call the studio for these prices.

How do I pay for my photo shoot?

Call the studio to schedule a date and time at 303 337-9393. The session fee is due at the time we write your name in the appointment book. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may also mail a check or money order, but we cannot reserve your appointment without payment. This fee is non-refundable. Nothing is due on prints until you see them a few days after your photo session.

May I make my own copies of your pictures?

No. All photos taken by Leading Lady are copyrighted. All original art is protected under the Copyright Laws of United States, and it is our exclusive right to reprint. All photos are stamped with our copyright stamp. Pictures cannot be copied, scanned or transmitted in any way without written permission. Call Leading Lady if you need to buy the rights to a photo.
